Last week, the United States attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Stephen Biskupic, delivered the federal grand jury indictment of Kenosha millionaire Dennis Troha. In doing so, Biskupic shook the pillars of political power from Madison to New York.
The eight-page indictment details two primary charges against Troha. The first charge is that Troha illegally funneled hundreds of thousands dollars to Gov. Doyle’s two campaigns for governor. The second charge is that Troha lied to the FBI about it. More...
